Postgeschichte Live Sindelfingen 2019
(German Masters of Postal History)
G.B Postal History
Participation Invitation : 24-26 October 2019

Venue: Messe Sindelfingen, near Stuttgart, Germany

Who will win the “Golden Posthorn”?

Every year at the International Postal History Competition collectors, largely from Europe, present their exhibits at this unique event.

This year, the DASV (Deutscher Altbriefsammler-Verein, the German Postal History Society) has invited members of the Royal Philatelic Society London, and of the Postal History Society, to join them at this annual exhibition in Germany to make a special G.B Postal History participation.

If you are interested, what else do you need to know?

  • We have a limited number of frames but wish to make a great show of postal history at this important event. Any postal history topic is welcome, not just G.B postal history, and we are looking for 20-25 exhibitors to take part from both societies.

  • These are German frames with 12 pages ( 4x3 ) per frame format, and we can accept no more than seven frames per exhibitor.

  • While many jurors are FIP qualified, not all are, and this is not an exhibition which qualifies an exhibit for an FIP show. It is a specialist postal history event, organised by and for postal historians world-wide.

  • The closing date for entry forms is not until the end of May.

  • We would like to receive expressions of interest by the end of April.

  • Frame fees were €13 per frame, with one frame exhibits at €18 in 2018. There may be a slight increase this year.

  • A 150th anniversary celebration dinner is planned by the German representatives of RPSL at the exhibition.

If you are interested in exhibiting please advise Chris King by e-mail before 30th April.
