Object Part Magnifying glass. Beck London 'Luminex' hand-held lens with an integrated electric light. Hand-held lens made of metal, separates in to two parts. Base with a small frosted light-bulb, protruding lower section with switch. Top slides over the bulb, with a contracting cone-like shape, and a glass lens with an inscription on the narrower side reading 'X10'. Neck has three slits, and an inscription 'BECK LONDON LUMINEX REG. DESIGN 771009'. Tarnished, with green wax-like marks. United Kingdom
