Object Part Fédération Internationale de Philatélie circular medal of service. 3D relief of Hermes head on front of medal and patterned edges of stamps. Back of medal has relief of envelope and "Fédération Internationale de Philatélie F.I.P". Along the side of medal is inscription "Schmidt- Andersen J."   
Object Part Blue medal box with blue velvent bottom inside and blue silk top inside. Relief specific for circular medal. Outide of box has gold writing "Fédération Internationale de Philatélie F. I. P." and small bush button fastening on front facing side.
