This Special Prize presented by the President of the Italian Post Office consists of a letter stand in silver with gold medal inserted, modelled and signed by Iorio Vivarelli born in 1922 at Fognano. A printed description accompanies the piece. Front: 'Italia 98' (1998), Vivarelli's signature, silver hallmark at bottom next to 'S. Johnson'. Back: 'Prof. Enzo Cardi, Presidente Poste S.p.A.'. Object Part Exhibition medal - 1995 Finlandia at Helsinki, European postal history award. Front: 'Finlandia 95, Helsinki' (1995), with two postal marks: 'Sopdavala D 5. March 1845', 'Porto Stemple' with the coat of arms of Finland depicting a crowned lion on a shield, the right forepaw replaced with an armoured hand brandishing a sword, trampling on a saber with the hindpaws, with two postal horns either side.
