Subject:
This display covers the period from when the Cayman Islands first used adhesive postage stamps up to the present reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The philatelic history of the Islands is well known for the surcharge provisional issues and the scandal surrounding them. In today’s display, I hope to show the viewer that, as well as the surcharge period, there is much of interest from these Islands, which makes collecting both a joy and a challenge.
