The bulk of the items are overprinted SPECIMEN or CANCELLED, to prevent the stamps’ re-use as they could appear on Post Master Notices, UPU, and other Official documents. The stamps covered will be Postage, Telegraph, Colour Standards and Trials, Official, Fiscal, Revenue ending with Postal Stationery.
