CERTIFYING AVERAGE – “Patient” received from customer with completed application form; Confirmation of receipt sent to customer, including photocopy of the patient; Agreement that more research required or specialist be consulted. The process is built around the eight meetings of the Expert Committee per annum with the assistance of a group of volunteer helpers
PROCESS Check photographic records to see if it has a history;
CERTIFICATION Pre‐work prior to the Committee Meeting: Initial preparation and analysis; Detailed analysis and research. Every patient seen by all Committee members; Agreement on status of patient; or All patients are photographed; Certificates completed and signed; Patient returned to customer.
