Volunteering

We have a dedicated team of volunteers who

contribute their time, knowledge and skills in

many different ways. Some visit the premises

regularly to carry out routine tasks such as

shelving, processing acquisitions and

cataloguing. Other volunteers work on specific

projects including digitising material.

Many of the library volunteers are not able to
visit London on a regular basis but can still

make a valuable contribution by writing book

reviews, translating bibliographic information

and participating in indexing or research

projects.
