“For plain paper receipts or accounts: if the receipt does not have a ticket stamp
[revenue stamp], and was written between the years of Samvat 1928 [1871 CE] to
the year Samvat 1950 [1893 CE] it would be heard with a penalty charge, but after
that date those on plain paper and with a ticket stamp in the ledger would not be
heard”
