1894 Modification to bases of the "1" and "2" in the value tablet
In 1894 the 1 & 2 centavos values were modified by removing the scrolls at the bases of the numbers~ At the
American Bank Note Company archive sale in Sept.1990 in New York, various file copy sheets and blocks
overprinted "specimen" and unoverprinted file sheets were sold, some of them punched, others not punched.
