                         I n 1877, Thomas Rossell y Moles was appointed Postmaster in Andorra.  He sold
                       Spanish stamps but did not have a cancelling handstamp. Mail with Spanish stamps
                         was taken to Seo de Urgel for cancellation. Note above postcard from Andorra to
                                            London, with the Seo de Urgell datestamp.
