Austrian Postoffices in the Levant
In the 1st porta-period there must had been a special arrangement with Prevesa and perhaps a very few other
ports, which allowed outgoing letters only to frank with 9 instead of 10 Soldi, but up to now nothing written
was found, neither in Austria nor in Greece! (Combination-Frankings of Group 1)
