Indicium 3s 4d - ‘Registered Letter’
The text on the revised embossed design
reads: “Registration And Postage / 3/4”.
Although 42 3s 4d dies were registered
between 8 Feb 1967 and 20 Aug 1968, only
four (7, 9, 11 & 14) were used on this initial
issue.
The Size G and H envelopes envelopes were
on sale from Jun 1967, with Size K following in
Aug 1967.
These envelopes were relatively short-lived as
the series was redesign in Oct 1967.
