Indicium 2s 1d with 1s 3d Extra Registration

The minimum registration fee was increased
        substantially from 1s 9d to 3s on 3 Oct 1966.
        The minimum compensation was increased
from £20 to £100, and the rates considerably
simplified from 20 price points to just four.

The new minimum total became 3s 4d
and, as with previous changes, pending the
creation of a new embossing die, the new
fee was indicated by the printing of MINIMUM
REGISTRATION / 1/3 / EXTRA on the front. This
was a new printing as the backs all have the
        correct updated information.
From this issue onwards, Size F was not
produced due to lack of demand.
These envelopes were issued in Oct 1966.
