Underpaid cover from Basra (27.2) (Dll, latest recorded date) to Bombay (arr.
8.3, delivered 10.3), where it was taxed 4 As., double the new 2 As. rate. It would
appear that the JA. franking on the reverse was ignored! This was cancelled with
a very worn first type "PAQUEBOT". Ex Proud.
