1932, underpaid and taxed coverfrom England (11.3), re-directed and returned with
a remarkable variety ofIraqi postal markings unrecorded in the Proud handbook,
including bilingual boxed "RETURN TO SENDER" and "PART! SANS LAISSER
D'ADRESSE", "BAGDAD DUE" and "POSTAGE DUE" both without currency
printed, "BASRAH" (28.3) and "BAGDAD" (30.3) in unrecorded types, also rare
"UR JUNCTION" (26.3) and "D.L.O. BAGDAD"(2.4 and 6.4) both 2 years later
than recorded, "BASRAH/ UNPAID" (25.3), "BAGDAD/ UNPAID" (30.3).
