                              elected U.S. President; Monica Lewinsky buys black dress; Sam Smith and Charli XCX born.
                             At the RPSL: Society wins 8 diplomas for its publications in the philatelic literature exhibition
                              in New York during November, including Gold and Special Prize for the London Philatelist.
                              RPSL Presidents were Dr. Alan K.  Huggins and Charles Goodwyn.
                              Patron H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. Membership 1591-1552.
                              BANGLADESH COVER WITH A PAIR OF
                              WITHDRAWN 'TERRORIST' STAMPS

                              Member since 2011. Lives in England.
                             This stamp was intended to be sold in aid of "Palestinian freedom fighters" however on receipt from
                             the Russian printers the Arabic word "terrorist" had been printed instead of freedom fighter (ouch!).
                              It was  never issued,  however some  stamps were mistakenly sold  in  the Camilla  region  in 1990-91.
                             The earliest known cover is dated 27th September 1992. This cover was sent by book post from Devi
                              Dar 23rd December 1992.
