Indicium 8½d with 6d Extra Registration

impressed normally, but all of
the blue printing is missing.
There is a heavy indent where

the double ring 6 EXTRA design
was struck without ink.

The upper example was created by the absence of grey ink,
but the used envelope has a distorted impression due to a
paper fold across the flap.
