COVER FLOWN IN SPACE
Six of the covers flown on ATV-3 were extracted from the “Italian Kit”, and were personally addressed by
the Expedition Commander and postmarked on the ISS with the official postal cancel of the Russian
Segment with the date March 28, 2012, the day of docking with the ISS. The non-postal ISS blue seal was
also added. The cover was franked and postmarked at its return in Houston on Nov. 2, 2012.
