MS Kungsholm (1928)


                           Cruises to the West Indies continued to be popular during the 1930s.
              Envelope posted on board the Kungsholm with Hamilton Bermuda date-stamp and paquebot of
              11  October 1935. The printed signature at the top left is of Mr Halldir, the postal clerk on board.

                               July 1936 saw a further cruise to the "Lands of the Vikings"
          Envelope posted on board with the Kungsholm cachet and printed signature of Mr Halldir with Helsinki
                            date-stamp of 26 July on Finnish stamps, hence no paquebot mark.
