Single Engraved Die Proof of the 3c value
a) Turquoise blue on band made paper measuring 24.6 x 11.8 cm (ex. P.K. Cassels, Spink 2008)
Not reported in either the Handbook or the Journal, but it appears to be the same colour and on the same paper as a proof of the 2c value of the
previous issue (same design but inscribed 'Postage') which suggests that they were printed at the same time.
