Single Engraved Die Proof of the 3c value
a) Brown on band made paper measming 9 x 11.S cm (ex. P.K. Casselst Spink 2008)
Has not been reported in either the Handbook or the Journal, but it appears to be the same colour and on the same paper as a proof of the 2c value
ofthe previous issue (same design but inscribed 'Postage') which suggests that they were printed at the same time.
