MS Gripsholm (1925)

The Winter Cruise of 1937 started at Goteborg on 21 January 1937 with the first stop at Southampton. It
was designated as the Winter Cruise to New York and Rio de Janeiro. This was the last cruise for which
the SAL issued a map postcard. As with previous Winter Cruises on the Gripsholm a special postmark
was used. The map card below is from Uno Soderberg to Stamp Collectors' Fortnightly of Bedford Row
London. It offers greetings from the philatelic department in Stockholm.
