MS Gripsholm (1925)
After reverting to the Atlantic crossings for the remainder of 1935, the Gripsholm embarked on its next
Winter Cruise from Goteborg on 30 January 1936. After the problems in 1935, the cruise headed towards
the Americas.
The route taken was: Goteborg - Southampton - Cherbourg- Vigo - Madeira - Martinique - St
Barthelemy - Nassau - Miami - Vera Cruz - Havana - Colon - Curacao - Trinidad - Tenerife -
Lisbon - Southampton - Boulogne - Goteborg
