Thirty Centavos
On Jan.25th 1901 an order was p1aced for 1 million stamps of an additional 30 centavos value in orange
(shades). For some reason the original die was used with the heavily contrasted background shading
behind the head:

Plate care was better and the usage not so severe and there appear to be few flaws & re-entries
