surcbarge hoth values by replacing the "3' with 'S' leaWig 'CENTS' undisturbed.
Type J: 3 x 3 units applied to only the top three rows of the sheet of 50 (S rows of 10).
Type 2: SO units applied once to each sheet.
Stamps ftom the fow1h and fiftb row must be Type 2 in a few other instances tbe preseoce or
absence of surcbarge wrieties can be used to assign individual stamps to one ofthe types.
