On 16 July, a souvenir sheet was issued to commemorate the 1940 National Festival

Day (1st August), and to raise funds through surcharge for the Red Cross and National
Defence Fund. The four imperforate stamps, including the 20c from Plate II, were of a
slightly smaller size than the earlier issues.
