The most common extra dispatch service was mailing as registered.

Liberia reply card returned from Stuttgart, Kingdom of Württemberg, in 1894. The 20 Pfennig registration fee
is correctly covered by a Württemberg adhesive stamp

Persian domestic reply card returned from the German Empire in 1896.
The registration fee is covered by a 20 Pfennig German stamp. The two Persian adhesive stamps uprating the
inland rate were not cancelled in Germany but cancelled belatedly in Persia.
