Envelope emanating from the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street, Whitehall, but in an as yet unlmown hand.
It was sent to the wife of Ronald Campbell, British Ambassador in Paris from July 1939 lmtil 22 June 1940,
when the armistice between Germany and France was signed at Compiegne.
