Composite Die Proofs of additional valaes
When the printers were asked in 1883 to prepare plates for the 4e and 8c values they did so for all
denominations, ~ cent to 2 Dollar, that might be required producing imperf. composite proofs of all
values on tbin un-gummed paper in a variety of colours, alf!!ough probably only one of each colour. 1be
4c, Sc, SOc and 1 Dollar values were issued in 1883, the 12c never issued and the other values in 1886.
