Captain The Rt. Hon. Charles Waterhouse, MP for Leicester South East

Born 1 July 1893, Charles Waterhouse served in the Great War with the Life Guards. Entering Parliament in
1924 for Leicester South, he held the seat until his defeat in the 1945 General Election. In.1950 he re-entered
Parliament for the new constituency of Leicester South East, until standing down in 1957.
