4.3 REGULATIONS AND PRACTICES –COMMON NON-UPU REGULATED PRACTICES
WAIVER OF FORMALITIES AND BILATERAL RECOGNITION OF DOMESTIC POSTAGE RATES
Even though UPU regulations required all inscriptions concerning the reply card to be in French language besides
the language of the originating country of the question card, this was often waived if both countries had the same
language.
All the following three cards have no inscription in French language.
