4.4 REGULATIONS AND PRACTICES –PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES

           POST 1971: REGIONAL SUCCESSORS
           After international prepaid reply cards were discontinued as a UPU form of mailing in mid 1971, the practise
           was continued under a special provision between the countries served by the French post and all of which used
           the French Franc – namely France, Monaco and Andorra. Stamps were mutually accepted on reply cards as forms
           of prepayment. Still, this regulation was limited to a few semi-official organisations.












































































           Two prepaid reply cards used under special provision of the French postal service for correspondence of the
            members of the «Association Nationale des Palmes Academiques» using a respective form card referring to
                                          the specific rule: P+T III Art. 28, 36‐40.
