J. Ramsay MacDonald (1866-1937) was a member of the United Kingdom delegation to the
League of Nations at Geneva in January 1924 and June 1929, and attended as the British Prime Minister.
Labour Member of Parliament for Leicester 1906-18 and for Aberavon 1922-35, he was Prime Minister
from January to November 1924 and from June 1929 to June 1935. He died at sea aged 71 years.
