Cover posted at Lappeenranta with what appears to be a maritime mail postmark.
However, the stamps have been cancelled with a commemorative postmark for a
nautical event held in the town and the cover was not posted on board a ship.

Lappeenranta is located on Lake Saimaa at the northern end of the Saimaa Canal that
links the Eastern Finnish Lakeland to the Gulf of Finland.
