Cover posted on board the Eckero Line ferry MIS Alandia saling on its regular route
between Eckero in the Aland Islands and Grisslehamn in Sweden. For some reason
the cover was not postmarked on arrival at Grisslehamn, but at the Swedish port of
Norrta.lje a few miles to the south. Later while in transit through the Stockholm
Foreign Letter Office the black boxed cachet was applied which reads -
'Misdirected to Sweden.'
