PEMBROKE DOCK

This Welsh dock was the only dock to receive a sideways duplex. It was issued with a TYPE Il hand stamp
on 04-03-57 and seen in use for just over a year.

A rare hand stamp of which two strikes can be seen above they have a scarcity rating of F.
On the top a rather smudged example on a small envelope addressed to Totness and dated 16-01-58 showing the
code 'B'. The bottom example a much better strike though still a little smudged seen on an envelope to Enfield
it is dated 17-02-58 and shows the same code 'B'. The earliest recorded date is 29-03-57 and the latest 24-04-58.
The only other recorded codes are A,B inverted and C.
